Dalton came by to give us an estimate for a new AC system. He took the time to really look at everything and give us an estimate that fit our needs. You can tell they stand behind their work. Happy Customer We had both Nathan and Dalton from Family Air Experts out to our home in Palm Bay after dealing with a sneaky refrigerant leak that ended up being somewhere deeper in the lineset. After checking the exposed refrigerant lines and coil, we decided replacing the lineset was the best way to get the issue taken care of for good so I wouldn't keep losing refrigerant and have poor cooling every few months. Rodrigo and Matthew came out today to do the replacement and were great. I got a courtesy text and call before they arrived, which I really appreciated. My wife was home with our two babies while they were working, and they recommended turning the thermostat down ahead of service so my family wouldn't get hot for the hour the unit would be down. Both guys were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and got it done as efficiently as possible. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole thing. Rodrigo was prompt, courteous and professional.  He had the problem solved and our A/C back online in less than 40 minutes. Diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor for a fair price. We had complications with our ac last weekend, one call to Family Air experts and they came out to seek the issue. Giving great advise as to different options we could choose from, there was no pressure on what we chose but a new AC System was the best decision we could have made. Bo and Matthew came took away the old and installed the new one, great attitudes, very professional and efficient with time. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing ac work done. On a Sunday afternoon upon returning from home from a short vacation, my A/C motor went out and my home was 85 degrees inside.  Family Air Experts was recommended to me by a friend and they sent their tech to my home  an hour and a half later.  (On a Sunday afternoon!).  The motor was replaced within the hour. With our first baby on the way, we wanted to ensure the air is clean as there was always an old smell with a tinge of mildew. We met with Dalton who was kind and provided excellent pricing for a full duct and blower cleaning including a microbial fog, along with installation of a UV-C light and iWave ion air purification unit. The two young guys that came out were friendly, respectful, and got the job done perfectly, and quickly to boot. There's a huge difference now in the air quality! After waiting weeks for another company to get back to us (and then quoting us thousands for a repair), we decided to get a second opinion — and I’m so glad we did. Bo came out the very next morning, did a thorough inspection, and immediately identified a serious issue (including mold in the unit) that the other company completely missed. He was honest, professional, and helped us understand that replacing the unit was the safer and smarter option. Within hours, Bo was back with his team (Matthew and Rodrigo), and they had a brand new unit installed the SAME DAY. The entire team was incredibly kind, respectful of our home, and very professional. Fair pricing, fast service, and a team that truly knows what they’re doing.
