Service Description
The Family Air Experts Maintenance Plan includes recurring maintenance tune-ups each year in accordance with the contract plan issued. Each visit consists of a multi-point inspection, cleaning, and safety check of your heating and/or cooling system.
Recurring Billing & Payment
By enrolling, you authorize Family Air Experts to charge your provided payment method (Credit Card/ACH) on a recurring basis (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).
Automatic Renewal: Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by either party.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Scheduling & Customer Responsibility
Maintenance visits must be performed during standard business hours. While Family Air Experts will attempt to contact you via Phone/Email/Text to schedule your visits in accordance with your plan, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the appointment is booked. Unused visits do not “roll over” to the following year and are non-refundable.
Exclusions & Additional Repairs
This agreement covers maintenance only. It does not include:
– Parts, labor, or refrigerant for repairs discovered during the tune-up.
– Service calls for emergency repairs outside of the maintenance scope.
– Pre-existing conditions or systems that are beyond their reasonable life expectancy. Any repairs required will be quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time.
Notice: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or mail) at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Early Termination: If the plan is canceled after a maintenance visit has been performed but before the full year’s payments are completed, the remaining balance of the full annual value may be due immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Family Air Experts is not responsible for system failures that occur between maintenance visits or for damage caused by “acts of God,” power surges, or third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the maintenance plan during the current term.
