Jenn Davis1 days agoHonestly, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Little back story - I had my AC unit at work and home from a long time company in our area. This company installed my home unit in 2016. They have serviced it twice a year since it was installed. In 2023 they charged me $800 to clean my evaporator coil. They told me the filters I was using were "too good" and I needed to use a less expensive filter. 3 years later, my unit is now 10 years old and out of warranty. They put some machine on the outside unit and said all seems fine with your numbers, I tell them it's struggling more than ever. They come inside, look at my coil and tell me I need a new coil because the one I have is covered in pet hair and filth (it was actually covered in algae too per my son who looked at it and attempted to clean it) and blamed it on my less expensive filters! I cannot afford a new unit. So I reached out to friends asking for any referrals to someone who might be able to help me. In comes Family Air Experts and Nathan, one of the owners. He came to my house and actually opened my outside unit and showed me all the filth that needed to be cleaned from my dryer vent that blew into the unit. He cleaned it all up, did some cleaning in the garage portion of my AC Unit, and we discussed some options which unfortunately - because of my financial situation, are not something I can do right now. He understood and was not pushing me to do anything. He said the cleaning he just did will hopefully give me a little time to figure it out. Well that was early July. Now it's October 1st (yesterday) and my unit was struggling again. I turned it off and heard what sounded like the rice krispies guys were living in my unit, snap, crackle & pop. Nathan called me after getting an alert on his phone about an inquiry I submitted, because he remembered my situation. He wanted to check if everything was ok. I explained what was happening, he knew exactly what the issue was and sent Scotty to my house this morning. 10 minute part replacement and my AC is back working. HALLELUJAH! I am so incredibly thankful that I have found such a nice, honest, helpful company. I hope that some time in the near future I am able to figure out my financial situation and have them replace my unit because it will definitely be Family Air Experts that I will be calling.Posted on Google
Mike Sharon Garrett4 days agoBo and Daniel came and serviced our HVAC unit. They also cleaned our duct work and dryer vent. They discovered that our dryer vent was not hooked up correctly. Kathy Wentz48 days agoWe had a fantastic experience with Family Air Experts! I called shortly after 7am this morning because our unit stopped working. Our technician, Bo, was out by lunch and fixed the issue and our bill was MUCH less than we expected. Juan Lopez55 days agoWe had complications with our ac last weekend, one call to Family Air experts and they came out to seek the issue. Giving great advise as to different options we could choose from, there was no pressure on what we chose but a new AC System was the best decision we could have made. Bo and Matthew came took away the old and installed the new one, great attitudes, very professional and efficient with time. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing ac work done. Eric Redding90 days agoDefinitely Recommend! Bo and Mario were amazing! They cleaned my dryer vent in the wall outlet by the dryer and even went in the attic and completely cleaned the vents out. I called Saturday and they came out on Tuesday! The price was even reasonable.
