Scheduling Terms of Service
By booking an appointment with Family Air Experts, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain a safe and accessible work area, and follow our rescheduling and cancellation policy.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in applicable fees. Standard diagnostic fees apply unless otherwise stated and are due upon completion of service. Emergency services and no-show appointments may incur additional charges.
Family Air Experts reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing issues, equipment availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events outside of our reasonable control.

Maintenance Terms of Service
Service Description
The Family Air Experts Maintenance Plan includes recurring maintenance tune-ups each year based on the customer’s selected plan. Each visit includes a multi-point inspection, cleaning, and safety check of the heating and/or cooling system covered by the plan.
Recurring Billing & Payment
By enrolling in a maintenance plan, you authorize Family Air Experts to charge your selected payment method, including credit card or ACH, on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency associated with your plan.
Automatic Renewal: Your maintenance plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by either party.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Scheduling & Customer Responsibility
Maintenance visits must be completed during normal business hours. Family Air Experts may contact you by phone, email, or text to schedule your visit(s), but it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure appointments are booked and completed within the applicable service period.
Unused maintenance visits do not roll over into the following year and are non-refundable.
Exclusions & Additional Repairs
This agreement covers maintenance services only. It does not include:
Parts, labor, or refrigerant required for repairs identified during maintenance
Service calls for emergency or non-maintenance-related repairs
Pre-existing conditions or systems beyond their reasonable life expectancy
Any repairs or additional services needed will be quoted separately and require customer approval before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time.
Notice Requirement: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or mail at least 30 days before your next scheduled billing date.
Early Termination: If the plan is canceled after a maintenance visit has already been performed but before the full annual value of the plan has been paid, the remaining balance of the annual value may become due immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Family Air Experts is not responsible for system failures that occur between maintenance visits or for damage caused by acts of God, power surges, misuse, neglect, manufacturer defects, or third-party interference. Our liability under the maintenance plan is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the maintenance plan during the current term.
Internal Financial Application Terms of Service
Service Description
Family Air Experts uses an internal bookkeeping and accounting application known as Atlas Bookkeeping. This application is used solely for internal business purposes, including accounting automation, financial reporting, transaction categorization, bookkeeping support, and related operational processes.
Authorized Use
Atlas Bookkeeping is an internal business tool intended only for use by authorized Family Air Experts personnel and approved service providers acting on our behalf. It is not a public-facing or consumer-facing service.
QuickBooks Online Integration
Atlas Bookkeeping integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API to support accounting and financial operations. Any use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Changes to the Service
Family Air Experts reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Atlas Bookkeeping or any part of its related internal processes at any time for operational, security, legal, or compliance reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Air Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use, operation, or unavailability of Atlas Bookkeeping.
