You can tell they stand behind their work. I still have a few estimates to receive but as far as first impressions go, 10/10 thus far. Happy Customer We had both Nathan and Dalton from Family Air Experts out to our home in Palm Bay after dealing with a sneaky refrigerant leak that ended up being somewhere deeper in the lineset. After checking the exposed refrigerant lines and coil, we decided replacing the lineset was the best way to get the issue taken care of for good so I wouldn't keep losing refrigerant and have poor cooling every few months. Rodrigo and Matthew came out today to do the replacement and were great. I got a courtesy text and call before they arrived, which I really appreciated. My wife was home with our two babies while they were working, and they recommended turning the thermostat down ahead of service so my family wouldn't get hot for the hour the unit would be down. Both guys were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and got it done as efficiently as possible. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole thing. Definitely nice having an HVAC company you can feel comfortable having in your home. Would absolutely recommend Family Air Experts!Posted on Yelp

I had another company come out and provide a quote as well, but they didn’t explain anything, which left me feeling confused. Dalton took the time to walk me through everything, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood my options. Scotty was the technician who came to my property, he explained exactly what he was going to do before starting, showed me his findings, gave me a realistic timeframe and completed everything within that timeframe. He also went above and beyond by cleaning up and dumping a container of water that had collected under my unit. It was a small gesture that I greatly appreciated.Posted on Facebook

Dalton came out on a Friday night at 8:30pm, installed a temporary motor to get my air conditioner working until he could obtain a new motor. Fair pricing and great service. Give this company a try. I have used three different companies in the last 8 years, and they either over charged me, provided something we didn't need or didn't show up. Dalton also provided me with good pricing to perform yearly maintenance as well.Posted on Facebook

I can not believe what they cleaned out of the dryer vent…kind of scary! The AC service was extremely thorough, and we will be utilizing their services bi-annually.
