Jenn Davis1 days agoHonestly, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Little back story - I had my AC unit at work and home from a long time company in our area. This company installed my home unit in 2016. They have serviced it twice a year since it was installed. In 2023 they charged me $800 to clean my evaporator coil. They told me the filters I was using were "too good" and I needed to use a less expensive filter. 3 years later, my unit is now 10 years old and out of warranty. They put some machine on the outside unit and said all seems fine with your numbers, I tell them it's struggling more than ever. They come inside, look at my coil and tell me I need a new coil because the one I have is covered in pet hair and filth (it was actually covered in algae too per my son who looked at it and attempted to clean it) and blamed it on my less expensive filters! I cannot afford a new unit. So I reached out to friends asking for any referrals to someone who might be able to help me. In comes Family Air Experts and Nathan, one of the owners. He came to my house and actually opened my outside unit and showed me all the filth that needed to be cleaned from my dryer vent that blew into the unit. He cleaned it all up, did some cleaning in the garage portion of my AC Unit, and we discussed some options which unfortunately - because of my financial situation, are not something I can do right now. He understood and was not pushing me to do anything. He said the cleaning he just did will hopefully give me a little time to figure it out. Well that was early July. Now it's October 1st (yesterday) and my unit was struggling again. I turned it off and heard what sounded like the rice krispies guys were living in my unit, snap, crackle & pop. Nathan called me after getting an alert on his phone about an inquiry I submitted, because he remembered my situation. He wanted to check if everything was ok. I explained what was happening, he knew exactly what the issue was and sent Scotty to my house this morning. 10 minute part replacement and my AC is back working. HALLELUJAH! I am so incredibly thankful that I have found such a nice, honest, helpful company. I hope that some time in the near future I am able to figure out my financial situation and have them replace my unit because it will definitely be Family Air Experts that I will be calling.Posted on Google

Happy Customer We had both Nathan and Dalton from Family Air Experts out to our home in Palm Bay after dealing with a sneaky refrigerant leak that ended up being somewhere deeper in the lineset. After checking the exposed refrigerant lines and coil, we decided replacing the lineset was the best way to get the issue taken care of for good so I wouldn't keep losing refrigerant and have poor cooling every few months. Rodrigo and Matthew came out today to do the replacement and were great. I got a courtesy text and call before they arrived, which I really appreciated. My wife was home with our two babies while they were working, and they recommended turning the thermostat down ahead of service so my family wouldn't get hot for the hour the unit would be down. Both guys were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and got it done as efficiently as possible. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole thing. Definitely nice having an HVAC company you can feel comfortable having in your home. Would absolutely recommend Family Air Experts!Posted on Yelp

Rodrigo and Bo are the best! They are so professional and polite. My air went out last night. I called the office to get an appointment and they were at my house in 30 minutes. Wesley Tennhard129 days agoI was having ac problems and gave them a call , Dalton answered and was straight forward, he got me scheduled with Scotty and came out same day, I unfortunately wasn't home and couldn't meet them although he had access to home, he service my unit did great with communication and gave pricing before service, we are thankful to have cold air , thank you scotty and this company for arriving quickly and professional service and at a great price. jason thomaselli130 days agoI am a branch manager for Hulet Environmental Services and our AC backed up and was giving us problems. Called and spoke with Nate and he scheduled us for the next day service. Nate and Bo came out and wothin an hour had our system running normal and we had cold air again. Very professional and great prices. Cleaned and mopped the floor after they were done and recommended additional services for commercial AC units. I highly recommend Family Air Experts to anyone. I had another company come out when my AC stopped working, where they told me my AC was irreparable and quoted me over $9,000 for a new unit. Nate came to my house within a couple hours of calling him and was able to fix my AC within less than 30 minutes. The same unit I was quoted for with the other company, Nate quoted for over $2,000 less. Ultimately, they saved me literally thousands of dollars and repaired my unit for a few hundred bucks. I can not believe what they cleaned out of the dryer vent…kind of scary! The AC service was extremely thorough, and we will be utilizing their services bi-annually.
