Technician Rodrigo M. Was very friendly and patience with having to cope with my furry baby. Rodrigo effectively continued working and completed service of my Air Conditioner. Many Thanks

I had a great experience with this company, and I especially want to recognize Bo for his outstanding service! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and extremely respectful of my home. He even wore booties to make sure he didn't track any dirt inside, which I really appreciated.

Bo took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my unit. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. It's refreshing to have someone come into your home who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

Bo is a true professional, and his attention to detail and consideration did not go unnoticed. He's definitely an asset to this company! I would highly recommend them and would be happy to have Bo service my AC again in the future. Thank you, Bo, for such a great experience!

Prompt response & update. Arrived within hours as promised. Very professional & courteous. Quickly determined issue, advised how to correct & avoid problem in the future. Rates were fair yet completitive. Bo and Daniel were both skilled & professional. Very pleased with Family Air and contracted for annual maintenance plan!
