There is no board to petition and no shared roof to negotiate over, even on an attached home. Across most of the communities we work, an attached home means asking permission first. Here it does not, and that makes a replacement far simpler to actually get done.
Humidity Load That Never Lets Up
The harder part is that the community spans close to ten years of construction and is still going. Equipment fitted in the earliest phase is a different generation from equipment fitted last year: different efficiency ratings, in some cases different refrigerant, and a different parts situation. Two homes a few streets apart can need genuinely different advice, so we go by the data plate rather than by the neighborhood.
