The Feel The Love program Treasure Coast community members will see in 2026 is built around one heartfelt idea: someone who has spent years showing up for others may now deserve a helping hand themselves.
Family Air Experts is partnering with Lennox to help recognize a deserving local homeowner whose service, kindness, caregiving, mentorship, or generosity has made a meaningful difference to the people around them.
Through the program, Lennox provides the qualifying heating and cooling equipment. Family Air Experts donates the installation, labor, time, trucks, parts, supplies, and installation materials. Together, we will help provide one selected qualifying homeowner with a new HVAC system and installation at no cost.
Community nominations are open through August 31, 2026. If someone immediately comes to mind, the person who is always caring for family, helping a neighbor, volunteering, teaching, mentoring, serving, or quietly holding their community together, this may be an opportunity to return some of the comfort they have given others.

What Is the Lennox Feel The Love Program?
Feel The Love is a community-giving program sponsored by the LII Lennox Foundation.
The program began in 2009 and has resulted in more than 3,100 heating and cooling installations for deserving households across the United States and Canada. Its mission is to work hand-in-hand with the Lennox community to identify needs, provide services, and give resources to families in the communities where participating dealers live and work.
At its heart, Feel The Love is about Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
The program provides comfort and safety to deserving homeowners who have made a positive impact but now face a genuine need for heating or air-conditioning replacement. The selected recipient is not simply someone receiving equipment. They are someone the community believes deserves recognition, gratitude, and support.
How the Feel The Love Program Treasure Coast Partnership Works
The Feel The Love program is a true partnership between Lennox, Family Air Experts, and the local community.
The community begins the process by nominating a deserving homeowner. Lennox provides the qualifying heating and cooling equipment through the program. Family Air Experts contributes the complete local installation effort, including our technicians’ time, labor, trucks, parts, supplies, and necessary installation materials.
The selected qualifying homeowner pays nothing for the approved equipment and installation.
Family Air Experts is the participating Lennox Premier Dealer bringing the program to our local community. Our role is to help spread awareness, encourage thoughtful nominations, verify the home and equipment requirements, and complete the installation for the selected recipient.
Put simply: Lennox provides the equipment. Family Air Experts provides the installation. Together, we bring comfort home.
Who Makes a Strong Feel The Love Nominee?
A strong nominee is someone who consistently puts others first but now needs help themselves.
They may be the person who volunteers without seeking recognition, supports neighbors during difficult times, cares for a family member, mentors young people, serves the public, or quietly makes life better for everyone around them.
Possible nominees may include:
- Veterans
- Caregivers
- Teachers
- Coaches
- First responders
- Volunteers
- Nonprofit supporters
- Community advocates
- Faith-community members
- Dependable neighbors
- People who have spent years caring for relatives
A person’s occupation or title alone does not guarantee eligibility or selection. The complete nomination story, the homeowner’s actual HVAC need, the home’s eligibility, and the final evaluation all matter.
The strongest nominations explain not only what the nominee needs, but also the ways that person has shown up for others over the years.
Basic Home and Program Eligibility
The program is designed for qualifying homeowners with an existing forced-air heating and cooling system.
Basic requirements include:
- The nominee or the nominee’s spouse must own the home.
- There must be a current need for furnace or air-conditioning replacement.
- The home must already have an existing forced-air system.
- Complete ductwork must already be in place.
- The replacement must generally fit within the program’s normal installation scope.
- The homeowner or an approved representative must be available during Installation Week.
Mobile and manufactured homes are not eligible under the standard program scope. Mini-splits, boilers, hydronic systems, electric baseboard heaters, wood-burning systems, fireplaces, and homes without qualifying forced-air equipment and complete ductwork are also outside the standard scope.
Final eligibility is verified after nomination through the program’s review process, which may include a validation call, home visit, equipment evaluation, and required agreements.
How to Nominate Someone
Anyone who knows a deserving homeowner may submit a nomination.
Nominations must be entered through FeelTheLove.com by August 31, 2026. Family Air Experts cannot accept nominations through a separate form, and nominations shared with us by phone, email, social media, or in person must still be formally submitted through the official website.
When writing the nomination, explain:
- How the person has helped others
- The difference they have made
- Why the community values them
- Their current heating or cooling need
- Why receiving help would be meaningful
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.
The 2026 Feel The Love Installation Week is scheduled for October 3–11, 2026. During that week, participating Lennox dealers across the United States and Canada will complete installations for selected recipients in their communities.
