Three to five business days after a rebate claim is approved and marked as paid, the homeowner receives an email allowing them to make their selection.
Virtual cards are available immediately after selection and can be added to compatible digital wallets. Physical cards are mailed and generally take two to four weeks to arrive after selection. The prepaid card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
